"Choltempo" is a non-vintage blend of Tannat, Lagrein, Arinarnoa, Marselan, and Sangiovese.

Like Stella's iconic Brunello, this wine is biodynamic. Fruity and fun, big dark fruit with a lot of spice, this is very different but still tastes of its place. "Choltempo" is a little bit of a secret, but it's a secret we're very happy to share.
