Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are subjected to additional limitations within specific categories. See full list

All returns must be submitted through shopIN, as returns at the store level may not be accepted. Please contact us directly at customersupport@shopin.nyc to initiate your return.
Are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers! There is a $25 minimum in product value required to return an item(s) (multiple products can be combined).
