85% Assyrtiko and 15% Aidani grown on the volcanic island of Santorini, vinified and bottled by the island's winemaking cooperative, Santo Wines. The grapes are spread out to dry under the sun for 6-8 days before pressing, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. A classic version of the traditional Greek dessert wine, this is velvety in texture, with flavors of honey, candied lemon peel, dried fruit and baking spice. Enjoy as an aperitif, a digestif or as an accompaniment to dessert or cheese.
