Knoll, Blauerburgunder Rose Federspiel, 2020
A brisk, crisp Pinot Noir rosé, but being a Federspiel, the second quality tier in the Wachau, this has a more serious, alluring concentration than your average rosé. Pairs very well with food, but so good you will want another bottle to enjoy before or after the meal as well.
