Frequently Asked Questions

We offer hand delivery to select areas in Manhattan and Brooklyn based on zip code locations.

The following zip codes are not currently available for delivery.

Manhattan: 10027, 10030, 10031, 10032, 10033, 10034, 10035, 10037, 10039, 10040, 10115.

Brooklyn: 11224, 11235, 11236.

We offer hand delivery Monday through Friday.

Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are
subjected to additional limitations within specific categories.

All returns must be submitted through shopIN, as returns at the store level may not be accepted.

Please contact us directly at customersupport@shopin.nyc to initiate your return.

Once the order is placed, all you need to do is relax! We’ll notify you via text message the
status of the order. You’ll be notified when:

- The package is ready for delivery.

- Our delivery associate is on their way to deliver for you.

- The delivery has been completed.

- If a delivery failed, or is unable to be completed.

All deliveries are made between 4pm - 9pm Monday through Friday.

If your order contains any alcoholic beverages, a person over the age of 21 must be present to accept the delivery with valid photo identification.

If your order does not contain any alcoholic beverages. You don’t have to be home, and your package will be left at your door!

Don't worry, if forsome reason we cannot find a safe place to leave your package, we will take it with us and deliver it the next day.

If you have any specific instructions for delivery (lobby access, door codes, etc) just let us know by leaving a little note during the checkout process. We will send you a text message when we drop off the package, to make sure you know it’s there.

Customer and delivery partner safety is our top priority. We try our best to ensure all deliveries, as well as pickups, are contactless.

Please note, any orders containing alcoholic beverages, a person over the age of 21 must be present to accept the delivery with valid photo identification.

Orders placed prior to 11am each day, Monday through Friday, will be delivered the same day.

All orders placed after 11am Friday through Sunday will be held for processing, fulfillment and
delivery until the following Monday between 4pm-9pm.
